We have fully embraced remote work and believe in an iterative approach to development with regular rituals.What We Offer: Competitive salary Bonus scheme Flexible working hours and a hybrid working model Excellent opportunities for learning, working with global teams Career progression potentialWhat youll be doing: You will help write and optimize in-application SQL statements Ensure performance, security and availability of databases Maintain documentation Handle common database procedures such as upgrade, backup, recovery and migration Profile server resource usage and optimize as necessary Diagnose complex environment and application issues Work closely with developers and application support engineers You will be part of a team that builds and operates applications from feature Design, Development, Deployments to OperationsWhat we are looking for:Technical skills: Programming fundamentals with experience of NET. Excellent experience in writing and optimizing SQL statements Excellent experience in a SQL DBA role Understanding standard methodologies for working with relational databases Familiar with tools that can aid with profiling server resource usage Proficient understanding of Git Strong understanding of AWS Experience of CDC implementations The person should have a good grounding and hands-on experience SQL server management and can demonstrate the ability to diagnose complex issues. Effective verbal, written, and e-mail communication skills, including preparing documentation and specifications. Experience collaborating with international collaborators is a plus.Personal qualities Growth mindset. Analytical thinking.
