About our group:

Recording Media Operations (RMO) Sputter Equipment Engineering team – responsible for engineering solutions in mechanical, electrical/electronics, PLC, software & controls, and advanced analytics systems. Provide technical and engineering support to enhance ultra-high vacuum (UHV) sputter machines with upgrades to improve OEE, reduce downtime, increase productivity, and support new product readiness.

About the role - you will:
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain sputter systems.
  • Project manage assigned projects within stipulated schedules.
  • Participate in technical meetings/discussions.
  • Generate reports including daily updates, issues, and Closed Loop Corrective Actions (CLAC).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Software, Process, Launch, Maintenance, Equipment Development Engineering.

Your experience includes:

  • Experience installing and maintaining high vacuum CVD/PVD systems in a cleanroom environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of Thin Film / PVD / CVD / Etch / Ion Beam / Ion Implantation / Ultra-High Vacuum tools is advantageous.
