Job description

Assist with daily functions of the department, Gym, Tennis and other recreation facilities while providing memorable customer service to members/guests/public including handling queries. Assist to organize sports activities, competition and events.

Responsibilities

-Liaise with club vendor on all matters relating to Gym & Tennis facilities & program.
-Assist members in Gym & Tennis program registrations and cancelations.
-Answer incoming calls and attend to enquiries on Gym & Tennis related matters.
-Tabulate and generate monthly invoices and billings for all Gym & Tennis classes.
-Assist members with their enquiries regarding Gym & Tennis equipment use.
-Build relationships with members and make their recreational experience a pleasant one.
-Ensure smooth daily operations of the recreational facilities.
-Maintain the recreational equipment and facility.
-Ensure the safety of recreational users.
-Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

-Candidates with First-aid certification and familiar with the function and usage of AED a plus
-Good co-ordination and organising skills including time management
-Team player and hardworking attitude
-Computer literate and possess admin skills
-Energetic and approachable personality
-Able to commit to shift work including PH and weekends work
-Individual who understands the demands of working in a hospitality industry
