Job summary

The Keppel Club is seeking a candidate to assist with daily functions of Gym, Tennis, and recreation facilities. Responsibilities include liaising with vendors, assisting member inquiries, and ensuring safety and smooth operations. An ideal candidate will be a team player with strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

  • Candidates with First-aid certification and AED knowledge a plus.
  • Energetic and approachable personality.
  • Able to commit to shift work including PH and weekends.

Job description

Assist with daily functions of the department, Gym, Tennis and other recreation facilities while providing memorable customer service to members/guests/public including handling queries. Assist to organize sports activities, competition and events.

Responsibilities

-Liaise with club vendor on all matters relating to Gym & Tennis facilities & program.
-Assist members in Gym & Tennis program registrations and cancelations.
-Answer incoming calls and attend to enquiries on Gym & Tennis related matters.
-Tabulate and generate monthly invoices and billings for all Gym & Tennis classes.
-Assist members with their enquiries regarding Gym & Tennis equipment use.
-Build relationships with members and make their recreational experience a pleasant one.
-Ensure smooth daily operations of the recreational facilities.
-Maintain the recreational equipment and facility.
-Ensure the safety of recreational users.
-Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

-Candidates with First-aid certification and familiar with the function and usage of AED a plus
-Good co-ordination and organising skills including time management
-Team player and hardworking attitude
-Computer literate and possess admin skills
-Energetic and approachable personality
-Able to commit to shift work including PH and weekends work
-Individual who understands the demands of working in a hospitality industry
