Job summary

Tinytots Singapore is seeking enthusiastic educators with a flair for football and multisports to coach preschool-aged children. This role involves delivering multisport and football sessions at partner venues and schools, and working weekends across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience with preschoolers in sports or education, a degree in Early Childhood Education or Sports Science or FA Level 1 coaching, and must be physically active to demonstrate skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience with preschool-aged children in sports, education, or coaching.
• A relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or Sports Science, or FA Level 1 coaching qualification (or equivalent).
• Must be physically active and capable of demonstrating sports skills.
• Availability to work weekends and at various locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Tinytots multisport and football coaching sessions at partner venues and schools.
• Participate in curriculum development, ensuring a progressive and engaging learning experience.
• Evaluate and assess program effectiveness and children's progress.
• Provide mentorship to junior coaches, promoting professional growth and skill enhancement.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Tinytots programs.
