A leading club is seeking a full-time facility manager to oversee daily operations of sports amenities, ensuring cleanliness and readiness. The candidate will handle member transactions and assist with enquiries while providing quality service. This role also invites part-time applications and comes with shuttle services from the nearest MRT station.
•Perform daily operations of the Club’s sports facilities. This includes regular checks on all Sports facilities for venue readiness, ensure hirer present for all sports facilities booking, equipment readiness and cleanliness. Timely reporting of defects to management.
•Verify & assist in members’ signing-in / out and processes and on-site transaction for programs, activities and classes, includes booking fee, course/lessons fee. Update of records of transaction onto finance report.
•Attend to members’ enquiries through phone or email for Club’s matters, especially sports facilities.
•Assist in the follow up with on-site team, external vendor on repairs & maintenance.
•Able to perform daily administrative management for sports facilities, ie issuing and collection of towels. Assist in the inventory stock checks for all sports facilities, ie Gym, Sports hall, pool etc.
•Assisting in the co-ordination and of Club’s programme/activity assigned by the officer/ Supervisor / Sports Manager.
•Provide and show quality and friendly service to members.
•Any other task/s assigned by management.
This is a full-time job, but part-timers are welcome to apply
Qualification and Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ’O’ or ’N’ level or NITEC, able to communicate effectively in English
• Certifications in fitness would be an advantage
• Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays
• Good personality
• Able to start work immediately
