Job summary

The Singapore Hockey Federation is seeking a support role to assist various functions, including high performance for national teams, finance assistance for community programs, and support for national leagues and events. The ideal candidate will help with operations related to social media and coaching courses while also working closely with the General Manager on various projects.

Responsibilities

• Support national teams with travel planning and medical coordination.
• Assist with school and community programs and office administration.
• Support planning and execution of national leagues and major events.
• Help with social media, website updates, and coaching courses.
• Work closely with the General Manager on ad hoc projects.

Job description

You will be supporting the various functions -
High Performance - supporting national teams (travel planning, medical coordination, carding matters)
Finance - assisting with school and community programs and office admin
Events - supporting planning and execution of national leagues and major events
Operations - assisting with social media, website updates and coaching courses
Supporting ad hoc projects and working closely with the General Manager
