At Alpha Skates, we aim to inspire learners to take up inline skating as a sport, hobby, or mode of transport for all ages. We believe teaching young minds to inline skate enhances motor skills, coordination, and provides a foundation for other sports. Our coaches also gain confidence and a deeper understanding of the sport through teaching.

Responsibilities include:

1. Fostering the growth of inline skating as a safe and enjoyable activity for all ages.
2. Participating in lesson planning and providing constructive feedback to learners.
3. Planning, coaching, monitoring, assessing, and grading student progress.
4. Maintaining rental equipment and teaching materials.
5. Assisting in logistics and administrative tasks for running the skating school.
6. Building a vibrant inline skating community in Singapore.
7. Organizing bi-yearly events such as Night Skating, Urban Skating, Skate Camps, and more.
8. Projecting a professional, confident, and caring image as a coach.
