A staffing agency based in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sponsorship & Events Manager to lead sponsorship acquisition and manage IP-themed events. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of event management and sponsorship sales experience. Responsibilities include developing sponsorship strategies, overseeing event execution, and liaising with stakeholders. This role requires a bachelor’s degree and a proven track record in event management.
On behalf on our clients , we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship & Events Manager to lead our efforts in securing sponsorships and managing IP-themed events.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and sponsorship sales, with a passion for intellectual property (IP) and themed experiences.
This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, execution, and profitability of our client's events.
Key Responsibilities:
Sponsorship Acquisition
Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to secure funding and support for IP-themed events.
Identify and approach potential sponsors, presenting compelling proposals to secure sponsorship deals.
Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential sponsors to ensure long-term partnerships. Event Planning and Management
Oversee the planning and execution of IP-themed events from concept to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure all event elements are aligned and executed smoothly.
Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans, ensuring adherence to all deadlines and financial constraints.
Client and Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, clients, and partners.
Ensure clear and consistent communication, providing regular updates and reports on event progress and sponsorship status.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the planning and execution phases. Marketing and Promotion
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive attendance and engagement for events.
Utilize various marketing channels to maximize event visibility and sponsorship value. Performance Analysis and Reporting
Track and analyze event performance metrics and sponsorship ROI.
Prepare post-event reports detailing successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management and sponsorship sales, preferably in the IP-themed events industry.
Proven track record of securing sponsorships and managing successful events
