A leading company in the apparel industry is seeking a Speed Optimization Analyst in Singapore. This role focuses on enhancing supplier performance and optimizing supply chain processes through data-driven analysis and collaboration with various stakeholders. Key Purpose:
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented analyst to drive efficiency and supplier performance across our sourcing and manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in enhancing supply chain speed, productivity, and overall operational excellence.
You will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices using Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization & Cost Efficiency: Analyze supply chain and manufacturing data to improve cost, efficiency, and manufacturing lead times.
Supplier & Vendor Performance: Work with suppliers and manufacturers to enhance overall productivity
KPI & SOP Development: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure delivery and operational excellence
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with regional stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to drive process improvements
Project Management: Lead and support initiatives that align with business goals for speed, efficiency, and supply chain optimization.
What We’re Looking For:
Proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to recommend solutions and implement changes
Experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or process improvement
Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in data automation workflows (Excel, Tableau Prep, KNIME, Alteryx.)
Ability to work with suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive performance
