Responsibilities

1. Provide direct clinical services and consultation to patients.
2. Assist in organizing staff and caseload coverage.
3. Coordinate departmental in-service training plans, projects, and individual development plans to support rehabilitation progress.
4. Support and contribute to the leadership of research activities and projects.
5. Participate in equipment procurement and resource allocation processes.
6. Monitor and follow up on individual staff training plans.
