Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Speech Therapist who has experience in working with adults and children. The candidate should have a good foundation in assessing and providing intervention/therapy to people with communication and/or swallowing difficulties and has a commitment to providing high-quality care for people with mental health conditions and special needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform comprehensive assessments to assess and manage communication and swallowing disorders.
2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
3. Work with family, communication partners, and other stakeholders to support individuals' progress.
4. Support the expansion of Speech Therapy services.
5. Keep up to date with the latest evidence-based practices.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent) recognized by Singapore AHPC.
2. Registered with AHPC.
3. Preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience in both pediatric and adult settings.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Able to work independently.
6. Able to use basic Microsoft Office tools.
