Job summary

NUH Child Development Unit in Singapore is seeking a Speech Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team delivering patient-centred care for children under 7 with developmental, learning and behavioural concerns. You will assess and manage referrals, plan group therapy sessions, and provide caregiver coaching within a family-centred approach.

Applicants should have a recognized Degree in Speech Therapy and be eligible for full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are seeking a strong candidate to fill a full-time position at NUH Child Development Unit, where we see children under 7 years old with developmental, learning and behavioural concerns. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that is committed to provide holistic care for children and their families based on a family-centred and community-based approach.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for serving in the public sector to meet the healthcare needs of residents in Singapore. He/she should enjoy collaborative working as part of a multidisciplinary team in delivering patient-centred care and be driven to support or lead clinical and quality improvement initiatives. He/she should also be motivated to learn and grow personally, as well as to contribute to the growth of others and the team as whole.

Job Responsibilities
