Job Description

You will be responsible for assessing and managing communication and swallowing disorders in adults and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide quality care for patients. You will also provide education to patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals. As a Senior Speech Therapist, you will contribute to the organisation's implementation of initiatives and programmes that aim to provide quality patient care, deliver clinical education, and engage in quality improvement/research activities. In addition, you will assist in the management of daily operations and resources and contribute towards staff development (e.g., provide training and supervision to junior Speech Therapists and students).

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent, or
  • MSc in Speech and Language Pathology (No experience candidate-entry level), or
  • MSc / MA in Speech-Language Pathology (U.S.A) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council
  • Valid membership with local professional body/association preferred
