Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified speech therapist to join our hospital-based clinical team. You will provide assessments, consultations, and intervention services to diverse patients, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.

You will supervise therapy assistants, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help coordinate caseloads. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy with AHPC registration is required, along with a minimum of two years’

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Speech Therapy required.
• Full AHPC registration in Singapore.
• Minimum 2 years of speech therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional speech therapy assessment, consultation, and intervention services to patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical needs.
• Adhere to clinical protocols, standards, and procedures.
• Communicate therapy goals, progress, and care plans with patients and caregivers.
• Guide, train, and supervise therapy assistants to support service delivery.
• Assist with staff scheduling and caseload management to ensure coverage.
