Your Role
  • As a Speech Therapist with PeopleSolve, a subsidiary of Raffles Medical Group, you will ensure patient documentation, records, and accurate data to reflect treatment provided and satisfy standards. Your role involves diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with swallowing, speech and cognitive communication impairments.
  • Document patient records with full accuracy.
  • Formulate appropriate treatment plans and works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide quality care for patients.
  • Implementation of initiatives and programmes that aim to provide quality patient care, deliver clinical education and engage in quality improvement and research activities.
  • Communicate and make recommendations to all relevant disciplines of staff to maximize patient care.
Your Experience
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience as a therapist.
  • Track record in supporting patients and helping others to improve their health.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good proficiency in the English language (speaking and writing); other languages are a plus.
  • Graduate with a Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Must be fully registered with AHPC.
