Lead Speech & Language Specialist (Kallang) – Shape Young Minds, Empower Brighter Futures

Salary : $5,000 – $6,500/month

Monday to Friday (8 to 5pm)
Location : Kallang
Experience Level : Senior (3–5+ years)

Here’s the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Lead Speech & Language Specialist who’s ready to take their expertise beyond one-on-one therapy and into a dynamic, school-based setting. You’ll be the driving force behind integrated therapy that supports students with communication needs, not just in the therapy room, but where it counts most: the classroom, the playground, and beyond .

This isn’t your everyday SLT role. If you’re excited by multi-disciplinary teamwork, passionate about helping students thrive, and want to contribute to a forward-thinking therapy team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Drive the planning and execution of Speech & Language Therapy across the school
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and therapists to deliver classroom-based and pull-out support
Conduct group and individual sessions across diverse environments, even on field trips
Mentor interns and newer therapists; lead team bonding and knowledge sharing
Provide training to teachers and parents on communication strategies
Supervise documentation quality and ensure therapy standards align with AHPC guidelines
Manage SLT resources, tools, and spaces with pride and precision
Join student recruitment efforts, enrichment activities, and weekly team meetings

  • Hold a degree in Speech-Language Therapy (and AHPC Singapore registration)
  • Have 3–5+ years of experience working with children or in a school setting
  • Are confident designing and delivering engaging therapy programs
  • Enjoy collaborating with a team that cares deeply about the “whole child”
  • Communicate clearly and positively, whether with a 6-year-old, a parent, or a colleague
  • Embrace flexibility, roll with change, and always find a way forward
  • Know your way around MS Office, Teams, Google Workspace, and digital tools for education

  • Competitive salary range of $5,000–$6,500/month
  • Purpose-driven work in a student-first environment
  • Opportunities for professional development and internal mentorship
  • Supportive, team-focused culture that values collaboration
  • Career growth within an expanding therapy department
  • Real-world impact you can see and feel every single day
