Coaching/Training

  • Provide training, consultation, and instructions to educators on evidence-informed approaches, tools, and strategies to support students in language (including literacy) and functional communication (e.g., appropriate use of AAC support strategies to enhance spontaneous communication and social interaction).
  • Deliver training to parents and teachers on issues related to language and social communication and interaction.

For Senior SLTs - Management and Leadership

  • Provide supervision and mentorship to junior SLTs.
  • Provide routine reporting on agreed Key Goals for Speech and Language Therapy service provision.
