Job summary

Kratos Communications Singapore is seeking a systems integration engineer to support APAC customers in spectrum monitoring and network management. You will perform implementation, integration, testing, on-site installations, and training across multiple projects.

The role involves factory work and occasional travel (about 15–20% in the APAC region), with responsibilities to ensure performance criteria and quality standards are met. Strong English, RF and networking fundamentals are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to read and interpret Interface Control Documents and procedure manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for documentation.
• Knowledge of RF principles to support integration tasks.
• Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server/MySQL).
• Programming and scripting to support software integration.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows OS.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, addressing, subnetting).
• Ability to travel to APAC region as required.
• Willingness to work across different cultures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate system integration activities with local and remote KRATOS teams.
• Select vendors and procure third-party software and equipment.
• Participate in system design to meet customer needs and standards.
• Integrate subsystems to build fully operational systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Execute comprehensive test campaigns before deployment.
• Manage shipping and receiving logistics for timely delivery.
• Perform installation, cabling, and related tasks on-site and in the factory.
• Provide clear technical documentation in English.
• Deliver customer training on system operation and maintenance.
• Travel within APAC region approx. 15–20% for installations and engagements.
• Maintain professional image and work independently or with others.
