The LearningLab Education Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a Specialist Teaching Associate in English and Science. The role involves delivering high-quality lessons, covering for peers when needed, and engaging with students and parents to track progress.

The position requires flexibility to work across multiple centres on an island-wide basis. We offer competitive pay, annual performance bonus, and strong welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.

• Willing to travel between TLL centres for classes.
• Work schedule includes 3 weekdays and 2 weekends (Sat & Sun).

Responsabilités

• Teach an average of 10 to 13 lessons per week, including covering peers.
• Deliver lessons per curriculum standards to ensure high-quality learning.
• Monitor student progress through holistic assessments.
• Maintain good relationships with students and parents; provide progress updates.
• Create a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Participate in marketing events and open houses as ambassadors.
• Support ad-hoc educational projects or events as required.

In this role, you will

• Teach an average of 10 to 13 lessons per week including covering classes for your peers.
• Deliver lessons in accordance with TLL's teaching and curriculum standards to ensure a high quality of student learning.
• Monitor student progress through holistic assessments of student behaviour and development.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with students and parents; provide regular updates to parents on students' performance and progress.
• Create and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for students.
• Participate in marketing events and open houses as ambassadors of the company, as required
• Your job might also entail other ad-hoc duties such as work on educational projects or events.
