The Learning Lab is seeking a Specialist Teaching Associate (English / Science / Math) for a 5-day work week across its Singapore centres. You will deliver lessons, cover for colleagues, and monitor student progress using holistic assessments.

Requirements include a passion for teaching, strong communication, and willingness to travel between centres. You will also engage in marketing events and contribute to special projects to support student outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Teach an average of 10 to 13 lessons per week, including covering classes for fellow teachers.
• Deliver lessons according to curriculum standards to ensure high-quality learning.
• Monitor students’ progress through holistic assessments.
• Maintain strong relationships with students and parents; provide progress updates.
• Create a safe, conducive learning environment.
• Participate in marketing events and open houses as ambassadors.
• Assist with ad-hoc educational projects or events as needed.

As a Specialist Teaching Associate, you will play a key role in inspiring students and delivering an exceptional learning experience. Supported by our comprehensive curriculum and teaching resources, you will help students build confidence, achieve their academic goals, and develop a lifelong love for learning.

• Participate in marketing events and open houses as ambassadors of the company, as required

• Your job might also entail other ad-hoc duties such as work on educational projects or events.

• Work schedule includes 3 weekdays and 2 weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
