Specialist / Sr. Specialist, Business Process Architect

As an SAP FICO - Business Process Architect/Sr. Business Specialist at Colgate-Palmolive, you will be a key member of the Global Support Services Organization, collaborating with various teams worldwide. Your role involves evaluating, designing, and implementing SAP solutions in General Accounting & Reporting for Colgate subsidiaries. You will serve as an expert in global business processes, overseeing project execution and ensuring the smooth operation of critical business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day application support, including responding to emergencies 24x7
• Manage design, configuration, and testing of SAP and other applications for projects, upgrades, and rollouts
• Maintain system performance standards and reliability through procedures and continuous improvement
• Enforce global governance, project steps, and documentation
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Coordinate support activities, track SLA progress, and craft functional specifications for custom developments
• Stay updated on technological advancements in SAP development and other areas, mentoring junior developers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Commerce graduates preferred), post-graduate degree, CA, ICWA/CMA
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Analytical problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP S/4 Hana environment
• Exposure to Bank Accounting & Communication Management, Cash Management, Treasury & Risk Management, Hedge Management, In-House Cash
• Domain experience in a manufacturing organization
