You will be responsible for developing corrective solutions to troubleshooting and focusing on best practices to deliver optimal product design and functionalities.Your duties and responsibilities will include being part of a development team to implement technical standards and global organizational solutions, maintaining and enhancing the functionalities of current software products, developing new software components, ensuring the quality, readability, robustness, security, and longevity of the software, participating in the design of software architecture in new projects, contributing to system redesign, and preparing technical documentation as needed. It is essential to follow the organization's technical standards closely.To excel in this role, you should possess strong hands-on exposure to a technological stack, solid development skills with an understanding of new concepts, good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, the capacity to work collaboratively in teams and across various teams, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
