In your new role, you will:

1. Prepare business reviews for sub-region level review.
2. Support Infineon Distribution business needs and apply Infineon policies effectively.
3. Provide business analysis to the Distribution Sales Team.
4. Perform regular KPI tracking with distributors and follow up on actions.
5. Lead performance management (execution & enablement) with distribution partners, e.g., enable distribution partners on tools and processes.
6. Identify areas for improvement to increase customer satisfaction and enhance sales efficiency.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree or diploma (preferably major in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computing, Mathematics, Finance, Business) with keen interest in sales/marketing roles, sales operations, analyst roles.
• Proficient knowledge in at least one reporting tool (CEBIS, Business Objects, Tableau, Microsoft Office, etc.) is preferred.
• Take initiative to derive potential solutions, assess & resolve issues.
• Be meticulous on the job.
