We’re searching for aTalent Acquisition Specialistto be part of ourHRdiverse team of talent. As part of our talent acquisition team, you’ll build strategic relationships with Hiring Managers across different business units, understand the hiring issues and imperatives, identify and implement recruitment solutions.

What you will be working on:

  • Manage hiring requisitions within Targeted Time to Fill (TFF)
  • Perform Full Life Cycle Recruiting activities
  • Partner with hiring managers in understanding job scopes, talent needs and challenges
  • Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experiences for new hires
  • Manage talent acquisition programs including Internal Job Mobility, referrals, internships, scholarships, career fairs and industry events
  • Provide talent acquisition-related consultation and administrative support
  • Lead or participate in HR projects involving process improvement, digitalization, etc
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Operating Instructions (OI), employment contract and forms aligning to Employment Act, Quality Management Systems and market practice
  • Serve as a liaison with employment agencies, tertiary institutions and industry associations for talent outreach
  • Manage qualified candidates and engage them in current or future opportunities.
  • Ensure strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle.
  • Support internal/ external audit activities
  • Support timely renewals of job portals

Knowledge:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration
  • Degree in other specialization supported with years of relevant experiences
  • Min 3 years of Talent Acquisition experiences will be preferred. Candidates with no experiences are welcome to apply too, training will be provided
  • Industry experiences and knowledge in Semiconductor/ Engineering/ Manufacturing preferred
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation (Employment Act)
  • Understanding of Policy & Procedure for recruitment and talent management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience in SAP/SuccessFactors is an added advantage
