About The Role
CrowdStrike is looking for a Cloud Security Specialist Sales Manager in the Horizon Business Unit, working with prospects and customers in Pan India and SAARC. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter, intelligent, creative, and hardworking, aiming to build and grow a major foundation for the organization.
The Sales Manager must be quota-driven, representing CrowdStrike in top accounts within the region, collaborating with the Core Sales Team, Horizon Team, Sales Engineers, and Partners to find, move, and close opportunities. This role is based in Mumbai.
What You'll Do
- Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate the vision and strategic direction for CrowdStrike's Cloud product, aligning the product roadmap with market opportunities, customer needs, and company goals.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Create and implement a go-to-market strategy in collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Customer Engagement: Interact directly with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and deliver tailored proposals demonstrating how CrowdStrike's solutions address their needs.
- Sales Collaboration: Work with sales executives and engineers to develop proposals aligned with customer objectives, showcasing the Falcon platform's strengths.
- Market Growth: Identify new opportunities, expand existing relationships, and contribute to new business growth through impactful proposals.
- Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring smooth transition from proposal to implementation.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback based on customer interactions to refine solutions and processes.
- Proposal Presentation & Negotiation: Lead proposal presentations, address questions, handle objections, and negotiate terms for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans for the territory to meet and exceed quotas, managing a sales pipeline effectively.
What You'll Need
- Proven success in a similar high-tech sales role, especially in Cloud security solutions.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, SaaS technologies, and the CNAPP and CSPM markets.
- Experience with tools like ASPM, DSPM, and their role in cloud security.
- Track record of over-achievement, including new logo acquisition and leveraging channel partnerships.
- Focus on pipeline generation and opportunity progression, using sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Ability to build relationships with senior executives and understand how tech solutions solve business problems.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region.
