Responsibilities (Text Only)
- Responsible for driving new revenue and growth across the subsidiary, capturing TAM in the market, and building strategic sales plans for each Solution Area based on customer and market maturity.
- Coach managers and teams on identifying and engaging decision-makers and stakeholders to expand account relationships. Provide feedback to Solution Area leaders on market opportunities and team performance, and lead teams through rapid change with empathy and care.
- Proactively bring technology and client-specific industry insights into customer engagements, coaching and influencing internal managers. Shape Microsoft's strategic direction across markets and act as a thought leader in digital transformation to advise customers.
- Guide the organization in applying the orchestration model with various units (ATU, CSU, GPS, Engineering, Consulting, Global Resources), establish a shared vision, promote collaboration, and foster a Digital First culture leveraging Digital STU.
- Inspire participation in Microsoft events, provide leadership in the Specialist Sales Leader community, and promote best practices and knowledge sharing across subsidiaries.
- Provide industry-leading market and business knowledge, review wins/losses with management, and lead strategy development to position Microsoft solutions competitively.
Qualifications (Text Only)
Required Qualifications (RQs)
- 9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field, plus 8+ years of experience, or
- Equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- 11+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields plus 12+ years of experience, or
- Master's Degree in relevant fields plus 8+ years of experience.
- 10+ years of solution or services sales experience.
- 7+ years of senior technical sales leadership in cloud services growth and consumption.
- 5+ years of people management experience, including leading high-performance sales and technical teams, coaching solution specialists, and managing in large organizations.
