Job description

Resource Manager at NiCE

As a Resource Manager at NiCE, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.
  • Serving as the primary contact for resource requirements within the CXone professional services team.
  • Collaborating with PS Directors, Client Services Managers, Project Managers, professional services engineers, and project leads.
  • Scheduling and assigning employees, maintaining an updated database of skills and experience, and providing resource availability information.
  • Forecasting workload, mitigating risks, resolving resource requirements, and counseling employees.
  • Aligning resources, providing management reports, and recommending training and process improvements.
  • Collaborating with project teams to resolve roadblocks and optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications include at least 8 years of IT resource/project management experience in a software development environment, successful project delivery in a matrix organization, and proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Experience in multicultural environments, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, knowledge of software development methodologies, and a proactive mindset are essential.
