A leading automotive company in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to collaborate with functional departments and manage procurement processes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, 1-2 years of experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Task
Collaborate with functional departments and headquarters on procurement requirements and planning.
Support the procure-to-pay process, including the tender process (issuance of request for proposals/quotations, comparison, evaluation, negotiation), purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
Manage the procurement system and processes in accordance with the relevant directives, policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
Review new business partners and perform relevant checks.
Prepare routine management reports on procurement activities and performance.
Conduct onboarding and annual procurement training.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field.
1-2 years working experience in a related field.
Strong structural, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Sound knowledge in procurement and corresponding internal control systems.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good team player and willing to work in a multicultural environment.
