A leading health service provider is looking for a Specialist Occupational Therapist to join a friendly Older Adult team in East Renfrewshire. The role involves managing a caseload, providing specialist assessments, and developing care interventions for clients with complex needs. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to guide both experienced and junior staff in this dynamic community.

The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. East Renfrewshire Older Adult CMHT is seeking to recruit one Band 6 Occupational Therapist. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and supervise trained and untrained staff, including OT Band 5 and OT students.
The post involves delivering comprehensive, specialist occupational therapy assessments, developing, and evaluating OT interventions for clients with complex health and social care needs. The team is part of the wider mental health and recovery service within East Renfrewshire HSCP. You will join a friendly, supportive, and well-established Older Adult team.
