The future is borderless. Let's build it together.

The Opportunity: The Global Insurance and Benefits team ensures we provide world-class benefits to employees delivered locally. The team focuses on establishing new policies in new countries and managing their administration.

What you'll do:

  • Handle commercial discussions with insurance providers to finalize local health insurance plans.
  • Assess new insurance providers in the region and create new health insurance plans as we expand into new countries.

What you'll bring:

  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and spoken proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
  • Passion for solving customer problems.
  • Experience at an HR SaaS company is a plus.
  • Knowledge of EMEA, US, and LATAM regions insurance administration.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external teams.
  • Attention to detail and swift execution.

Note: This role requires working in EMEA hours.

What We Offer:

  • High-impact role in a rapidly growing company.
  • Full autonomy with flexible hybrid working.
  • Work with a passionate, diverse team.
  • Competitive benefits, recognition, and career development opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health insurance for you and your family.
  • Generous holiday policy.
  • A company invested in your professional success.
