Join Our Team as a Shared Services Specialist

In our always-on world, we believe it's essential to have a genuine connection with the work you do. Due to continuous growth, CommScope is looking for a Shared Services Specialist to join our Goa team.

How You'll Help Us Connect The World

As a Specialist in HR Shared Services, you will be responsible for validating and approving all NAR & CALA personnel and organizational changes in the Employee Central (EC) system through workflow, as well as managing organizational structure data changes. This role will support regional HR team members and employee requests from the NAR and CALA regions.

Responsibilities
  1. Validate and approve all employee data changes by accurately processing personnel and organizational transactions in a timely manner.
  2. Collaborate with vendors, subject matter experts, HR Business Partners, and local HR teams.
  3. Maintain a case tracking system to record transactions for all customers.
  4. Escalate complex EC or other issues to the Manager, HR Shared Services or the appropriate Center of Excellence.
  5. Provide feedback and input from cases to team members or supervisors for knowledge base, SOP, and training document updates.
  6. Prepare and issue employee and employment-related letters.
  7. Participate in activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
  8. Support project activities, including transitioning additional activities from local HR and system testing/validation.
  9. Participate in regional personnel records training for applicable countries.
  10. Support reporting requests and other tasks as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration with HR specialization.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or human resources, with at least 1 year in HR.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), help desk applications, database reporting, and SAP/HRIS/SuccessFactors is preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships and influence others.
  • Willingness to rotate schedule as needed.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with NAR/CALA processes.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ERP software, or HCM systems.
