Job Description

Supports co-ordination and billing of customer’s international shipment bookings.

F2F (Foreign to Foreign). Supports customers in Singapore on their overseas logistics activities (etc. drop shipments from suppliers to end customers in foreign countries.)

Ensure accurate and timely actions & follow up according to Company process flow / SOP / KPI standards for all matters:

• Interact with shippers/customers to arrange their international shipments.
• Shipment bookings and status/event code updates into our operating system.
• Work with service providers (Shipping lines, trucking companies, CFS and other involved parties).
• Maintain customer SOPs.
• Ensure compliance at all times to internal and external regulations.
• Prepare quotations.
• Shipment track and trace.
• Take up additional tasks as required to meet the Department’s needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:

• Tertiary education with 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Understanding of shipping documentation.
• Understanding of international freight.
• Experience in Ocean Export operations.
• Experience with Freight quotations.
