Job summary

You will support sales teams and develop incentive programs while implementing digitalization and AI projects. Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma, preferably in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computing, Mathematics, Finance, or Business.
• Candidates with little or no experience are welcome.
• Proficient knowledge in at least 1 Reporting Tool preferred.
• Ability to derive solutions and assess problems.
• Meticulous in tasks.

In your new role you will:

• Support Infineon Distribution business needs and apply Infineon policies effectively.
• Provide Business Analysis to DEM AP Sales Teams.
• Develop incentive programs, determine an effective approach, and accurately compute data.
• Marcom requests processing and process transformation
• Digitalisation and AI project implementation

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree or Diploma (preferably major in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computing, Mathematics, Finance, Business) with keen interest in sales/marketing role, sales operations, analyst role
• Candidates with little or no experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient knowledge in at least 1 of the Reporting Tools (CEBIS, Business Objects, Tableau, Microsoft Office, etc.) is preferred
• Takes initiative to derive potential solutions, assess & resolve issues.
• Be meticulous on the job.
