Job Description
  1. Supervise and manage operations of campus facilities, including attending to work requests, site inspections, meetings, coordination with stakeholders and contractors.
  2. Ensure administrative processes in the Facilities Management System are completed in a timely manner.
  3. Assist in troubleshooting and analysis of building operations matters.
  4. Support exploration and implementation of projects related to sustainability and digitization of building operations.
  5. Assist in planning and execution of daily operations as assigned by Reporting Manager.
Qualifications
  1. Relevant Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management.
  2. 3 years of Facilities Management or related experience preferred.
Knowledge / Skills (preferred)
  • Attended/ Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management)
  • Attended/ Certified Fire Safety Manager
  • Attended/ Certified Project Manager
  • Attended/ Certified Workplace Safety Management
  • Experience with Building Management Systems / Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Competent in MS Office applications
