Job description

The Specialist/Assistant Manager/Manager, Sales and Client Relationship is primarily responsible for driving revenue growth for ISCA Academy through the sale of training programs to individuals, corporate clients, and stakeholders. This role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and supporting client success by delivering tailored solutions. As a key contributor to ISCA Academy’s business development efforts, this position ensures that the organization meets its reskilling and upskilling goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of ISCA Academy’s training programs, including Boardflix and Accountify, through strategic planning and execution.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market research, outreach, and partnerships.

  • Generate leads through networking, events, and online platforms, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored training solutions to meet their needs.

  • Represent ISCA Academy at events, roadshows, and exhibitions to increase visibility and sales.

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.

  • Support the creation of marketing materials and provide regular sales performance updates to management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or training sales.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet targets.

  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for client engagements.

  • CRM Proficiency is a plus: Experience with CRM systems for managing leads and tracking performance.

  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with training and development trends, corporate client needs, and competitor offerings.

  • Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, proactive, and resilient in achieving sales goals.

  • Organisational Skills: Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple sales activities simultaneously.
