Title: Special Projects Manager

Location: LLMG Flagship, Singapore

Reports To: General Manager

Works Closely With: Head of Strategic Operations, HR Business Partners, Marketing, and Zone Managers

You will be an integrator, connecting dots between functions, timelines, and deliverables, while embodying the values and culture we’re building at LLMG.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Opening Phase

  • Support the co-creation and operational rollout of our people and culture roadmap.
  • Coordinate HR operations with a focus on clarity, systems, and cultural alignment.

Programming & Content Development

  • Own the development of programming logic across fitness, spa, and recovery spaces.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content and marketing assets in partnership with the marketing team and agencies.

Community & Medical Group Activations

  • Lead the planning and coordination of pre-opening events, workshops, and group activations for members and partners.

  • Partner with the Learning & Development Manager to build onboarding journeys and training materials that are grounded in LLMG’s culture and values.

Mass Hiring Project Lead

  • Lead the organisation and execution of high-volume recruitment events both online and offline.
  • Oversee recruitment workflows, documentation, and candidate experience with a high degree of professionalism and structure.

Special Projects & Launch Readiness

  • Take ownership of special initiatives critical to launch success—this requires strong project management discipline, timeline ownership, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance.
  • Serve as the connective pillar between departments, ensuring alignment and executional follow-through.

Post-Opening Phase

Programming & Member Experience Activation

  • Curate, execute, and continuously evolve member-facing programming that adds tangible value to the LLMG experience.
  • Partner with Strategic Operations to implement experience strategies and measure member satisfaction.

Project-Based Execution Excellence

  • Lead cross-functional rollout of new initiatives across the member journey, with high clarity, strong timelines, and sharp communication to all internal and external stakeholders.

Employee Engagement & Development

  • Activate internal programming that supports team wellbeing, development, and engagement.
  • Build systems and rituals that celebrate values, strengthen culture, and nurture leadership across the organisation.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in project management, operations, people experience, or wellness-related fields
  • Exceptional project management skills – you manage up, down, and across with clarity, structure, and ownership
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal; you can translate ideas into clear execution plans and ensure alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Proven track record of executional excellence – you deliver on time, with high attention to detail and accountability
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple timelines and deliverables
  • Familiarity with the 6 pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, and a personal commitment to living them. These include: Nutrition, Physical Activity, Sleep, Stress Management, Avoidance of Risky Substances, Healthy Relationships.

The right candidate must embody these pillars in their personal life in order to authentically support and champion them across the organisation.
