The role involves handling purchasing duties, processing requisitions in SAP, sourcing competitive pricing, and liaising with vendors. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Engineering, be proficient in SAP and MS Office, and possess strong communication skills. This role requires a motivated team player who can work independently and under pressure.

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma, preferably in Engineering.
• Must be familiar with SAP e.g. able to use SQ01, MB51, MMBE.
• Proficient in MS Office suite of products, especially Excel and Powerpoint.

Responsibilities

• Process outstanding purchase requisitions in SAP.
• Source for most competitive pricing and availability.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure delivery schedules meet operational requirements.

Skills
