Job summary
Aliena, based in Singapore, seeks an Equipment Maintenance & Calibration Engineer to oversee facility infrastructure reliability, calibration programs, and critical equipment. You will plan, execute and document prevention and corrective maintenance across HVAC, cleanrooms, vacuum chambers, and related instrumentation.
Responsibilities include installation, commissioning, SAT, calibration scheduling, and maintenance log discipline, with a focus on compliance and safety within a high-tech
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.
- 3–5+ years in equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting in industrial/high-tech environments.
- Experience with vacuum systems and cleanroom operations.
- Strong understanding of facility utilities (HVAC, compressors, pneumatics).
- Familiarity with calibration methodologies and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and refine preventive maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair and perform corrective maintenance on critical assets.
- Lead installation, commissioning and SAT for new equipment.
- Maintain logs, RCFA reports and SOPs.
- Manage calibration programs and ensure ISO/compliance readiness.
