Job description

Spa Therapist

  • Working Days / Hour: [Weekdays (10.45am-9pm) & weekends/public holidays (9.45am-6pm)] - 6 rest days (on roster)
  • Salary: $2,500 to $6,000
  • Working Location: Office – Ang Mo Kio / Multiple Location

  • Preferably have certifications from CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITE, WSQ, RP or Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine
  • With relevant working experience is a plus
  • Training provided

Job Description

  • Responsible in ensuring monthly personal sales targets are met
  • Keep documentation and maintain customers’ records
  • Deliver a variety of facial/massage services in a safe and comfortable manner
  • Meet sales goals/targets while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Acknowledge and respond to customers’ enquiries, needs and expectations
  • Suggest and promote retail products and additional services
  • Ensure that all purchased services/products are not under cost
  • Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment (i.e., refrain from burning/injuring customers)
  • Provide high quality customer service
  • Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms, facilities and equipment and follow all safety and sanitation policies
  • Ensure treatment rooms always have sufficient products
  • Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth
