Jia Le TCM Wellness Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled therapist to perform body treatments, including back, shoulder and full-body massages, and to uphold hygiene and service standards.

Responsibilities include handling bookings, inquiries, and building long-term client relationships while maintaining branch cleanliness. Prior experience in beauty services is an advantage; willingness to learn and presentable appearance are important.

Qualifications

• Qualified with working experience, preferably in relevant industry.
• Willingness to learn and demonstrates a positive working attitude.
• Well-groomed, hygienic, and presentable at all times.
• Experience in beauty services.

Responsibilities

• Perform body treatment including back, shoulder and full body massage.
• Carry out treatment according to company SOP and service standards.
• Responsible for housekeeping, maintenance and cleanliness of the branch and attentive to customers' needs.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests and booking of appointments.
• Able to establish long-term customer relationships.
