The Client:
Adecco is partnering with a Health & Wellness organization to look for a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that clients experience a relaxing and rejuvenating visit. A strong knowledge of different therapies, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric attitude are essential for this role.

The Job:

• Customize treatments based on the individual needs and preferences of clients, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and spa areas to ensure a relaxing environment.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any client concerns or needs.
• Advise clients on proper skincare routines and aftercare advice to enhance the effects of the treatment.

The Talent:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and handle a busy work environment.
