Ensure high level of service standards
Responsible for maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa
Responsible for preparing necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely
Follow and comply with the instructions given by spa manager
