A local spa company in Singapore is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver various spa services while maintaining high customer service standards. The ideal candidate should possess a recognized massage certification or be willing to obtain one. Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays is essential. Training will be provided for those without experience.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• To deliver a variety of spa services (body and foot treatments / massages) in a professional and safe manner.
• To uphold and maintain the highest customer service standards of the Spa.
• In the delivery of the Spa’s treatments, to ensure conformance to the highest health and safety regulations, and to the additional hygiene standards set by the Spa.
• To be knowledgeable of the services provided, and to effectively respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations.

Requirements

• Preferably holds ITEC / WSQ certification or other recognized massage certification. Successful candidates without will be required to obtain the appropriate certification within 6 months of employment.
• Able and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays / after office hours.
• Customer oriented with a pleasant personality.
• Able to effectively communicate in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for successful candidates without prior experience.
• Employment subject to approval to work as a Spa Therapist by the SPF.
