Job summary

A leading spa in Singapore is seeking a Spa Therapist to provide exceptional spa services. The ideal candidate will deliver treatments professionally, uphold service standards, and possess or obtain required certifications. Training will be provided, and candidates should be flexible to work various hours.

Qualifications

• Preferably holds ITEC / WSQ certification.
• Able to work weekends/public holidays.
• Able to communicate in multiple languages is advantageous.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To deliver a variety of spa services (body and foot treatments / massages) in a professional and safe manner.
• To uphold and maintain the highest customer service standards of the Spa.
• In the delivery of the Spa’s treatments, to ensure conformance to the highest health and safety regulations, and to the additional hygiene standards set by the Spa.
• To be knowledgeable of the services provided, and to effectively respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations.

Requirements

• Preferably holds ITEC / WSQ certification or other recognized massage certification. Successful candidates without will be required to obtain the appropriate certification within 6 months of employment.
• Able and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays / after office hours.
• Customer oriented with a pleasant personality.
• Able to effectively communicate in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for successful candidates without prior experience.
• Employment subject to approval to work as a Spa Therapist by the SPF.
