Job summary

SPA REJUVENATE PTE. LTD. is seeking a spa therapist to deliver high-quality spa services and assist in daily spa operations. You will be focused on guest satisfaction, handle enquiries, and ensure a tranquil spa environment.

Applicants should be customer-oriented, able to work in a team, and possess good communication skills. Certifications in massage (ITEC/WSQ) are preferred. The role requires 6-day workweeks including weekends and public holidays, with a weekday rest day.

Qualifications

• Massage certification is preferred (ITEC/WSQ).
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Team player with good communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service standards to customers (spa).
• Assist in spa activities and maintain cleanliness of spa premises.
• Respond to customer queries, needs and expectations.
• Demonstrate patience and respect in interactions.
• Work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays; rest day on a weekday.
