Job description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The Spa Supervisor (Operations) will be responsible for the day-to-day management of spa operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for our guests. This role involves supervising spa staff, managing scheduling, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service, and implementing operational procedures to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Strengthen and promote service excellence

  • Be fully conversant with all our products and services to ensure we can respond to any feedback and requests from guests. In performing this role, the Spa Supervisor should provide alternatives and suggestions whenever required.
  • Provide personalized service by addressing guests by name and interacting with them on a professional and personalized level.
  • The Spa Supervisor will be also responsible for promoting guests’ satisfaction.

Ensure efficient operations

  • Accurately report all guests’ bookings for Spa services in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Ensure the security and safety of all Spa areas and facilities, and to be responsible for Spa operations.

People Management

  • Cultivate a strong people culture by investing in the coaching and development of Spa Associates. team members. The incumbent will take ownership of people-management matters for the department including recruiting, upskilling and mentoring team members.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or ITE certification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field, or a relevant certification in spa management and treatment where needed
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably with a proven track record in a similar capacity and in an establishment of a similar standing. Pre-opening experience would be useful.
  • Excellent knowledge of spa operations, spa management, treatments and other related aspects.
