We are looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Answers telephone inquiries promptly and professionally and provide immediate and courteous telephone response

  • Response tocommon email and personal email

  • Be knowledgeable about all aspects of Spa treatments and the facility to ensure guests are provided with accurate

  • Work with related Hotel departments to ensure efficiency in meeting guest’s needs

  • Meet and/or exceed booking quotas and promotions in the Spa

  • Able to work in a non-supervised environment and take ownership for independent decisions made in the best interest of the guest

  • Any other duties assigned from time to time by SLS Management.

Requirement:

  • Proficient in Written and Spoken English, knowing a foreign language is a plus point.

  • Minimum 2 years’ skill experience related to the job, preferably in the hotel, salon or spa environment.

  • Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays
