The Shangri-La Singapore is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join our team. This role involves managing customer inquiries, providing information about our spa services, and ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience in a hospitality setting and is proficient in English.

We are looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Answers telephone inquiries promptly and professionally and provide immediate and courteous telephone response
Response tocommon email and personal email
Be knowledgeable about all aspects of Spa treatments and the facility to ensure guests are provided with accurate
Work with related Hotel departments to ensure efficiency in meeting guest’s needs
Meet and/or exceed booking quotas and promotions in the Spa
Able to work in a non-supervised environment and take ownership for independent decisions made in the best interest of the guest
Any other duties assigned from time to time by SLS Management.
Requirement:
Proficient in Written and Spoken English, knowing a foreign language is a plus point.
Minimum 2 years’ skill experience related to the job, preferably in the hotel, salon or spa environment.
Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays
