Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This process includes scheduling, facility management, and health and safety regulations compliance
  • Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers, to ensure high-quality service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues
  • Develop and manage the spa's budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability
  • Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This effort may involve social media marketing, special packages, and partnerships
  • Manage the spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary
  • Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments
  • Develop long-term goals and business strategies for the spa, identify growth and expansion opportunities, and incorporate industry trends and innovations
  • Ensure the spa complies with all health regulations and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene
  • Create efficient work schedules for staff and ensure enough staff members are available to meet customer demand

Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of foot reflexology, massage, body oil massage, sports and deep tissue massage.
