Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented and result driven.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Proven record at attaining and exceeding sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for beauty/services.
• 1 year of spa experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Receive customers at the lounge/VIP areas.
• Provide consultation and follow-up with customers from the last program.
• Ensure customers are comfortable in the treatment room before executing treatments.
• Explain products used during treatment.
• Clear any spillage of products to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Offer drinks and advise after the treatment.
